The project covered both technical infrastructure and interior fit-out, ensuring each room met consistent operational, aesthetic, and functional standards required for a hospitality environment.

The works included structured cabling and electrical preparation, professional TV installation and mounting, and full integration of media and power systems to ensure safe, reliable, and concealed connectivity. All wiring routes, fixings, and fittings were executed with attention to compliance, durability, and long-term serviceability.

In addition, DT Property Services managed the installation of furniture, ensuring accurate alignment, secure fixing, and layout consistency across rooms. This included beds, storage units, desks, and fitted elements, with emphasis on spatial efficiency, structural stability, and clean finishing.

The project also incorporated window treatment solutions, including the fitting of blinds and coverings, providing functional light control, privacy, and visual uniformity throughout the rooms. All installations were integrated with the overall room layout to maintain design coherence and operational practicality.
